with your purchase. With this in mind, we have done our best to make exchanging
or returning products as easy, and convenient as possible.

DVD Returns Policy
Family Boxoffice offers a
money-back guarantee for all movie products, provided
that :-
The movie title being returned for refund must be sealed in its original packaging and returned in
'as supplied' condition within 14
days of dispatch.
You are required to obtain a Return Authority Number
(RAN) and shipping instructions. Please e-mail us detailing
the title you are returning and we will respond with the RAN and
shipping instructions.
All shipping charges
including the original and return charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The amount you paid for the
goods LESS the shipping charges will be credited to your FBO account when the return
is processed.
Once the order has been returned, the appropriate refund will be issued to your FBO.com.au account.

Faulty Goods Returns Policy
A
defective product may be returned for a refund or replaced with the same item.
Should
you have the misfortune of receiving a faulty or damaged product, please e-mail us indicating the problem and we will be happy to
replace the item with the same title purchased.
It has occured in the past that a DVD will not play on a particular DVD player, but work in other units. Family Boxoffice cannot accept a Faulty Return on this type of problem. Should you encounter this, we recommend that you try an alternative player to establish the exact fault source. This problem is usually an indicator of a unit that needs servicing.
Faults in disks will only occur at the same point in a disk even when using different DVD players. If the fault experienced is random (even in different players) this is another indication that servicing of the player may be required.
Liability can not be accepted for any problems
arising as a direct result of mishandling the products. (eg:
surface scratches and or damage caused by the customer or postal system.
You are required to obtain a Return Authority Number

the defect and we will respond with the RAN and shipping instructions.
The amount you paid for purchase INCLUDING the return shipping will be
refunded to your FBO account when the return is processed.

Cancelling Orders
You may cancel
any unshipped orders at any time prior to shipping.
Please e-mail us detailing
the product and reference number from your original email ORDER CONFIRMATION.
We will respond with the Cancellation Confirmation via email.
If the order has been shipped you may elect
to keep the goods or alternatively use the Return
Policy procedure

REFUNDS
