Family Boxoffice recommends you have your purchases delivered to your workplace.
We want to make sure that your purchase arrives safely and only you have access to the delivery.
By having the purchase delivered to your work place, you can be sure to get them quickly and eliminate the possibility of theft. In the
unlikely event you have a problem, you can email us immediately to answer any query you may have.
In the case of a purchase being delivered by our courier, someone will
need to be present to sign for the parcel before they will leave it. Choosing
to have it delivered to your workplace will ensure that someone is available
to accept the delivery.
LOOSE DISCS
From time to time discs become loose in transit. You can avoid this by
requesting bubble wrap be placed inside the disc cover at the time of
ordering for no additional cost. As this is a free service, FBO accept
no responsibility if discs become loose or damaged. Please request this
FREE service in the SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS of the shopping cart.

Tracking - This is available for Registered Post
and Express Post shipping options. Once you have received
your shipping confirmation from us you obtain the tracking
number from the order status on the website. For Registered
Post and Express Post tracking, you will have to phone your
Post Office or you can now check the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/ with the tracking number and they will update
you.
Parcels dispatched via Standard Parcel Post do not have a
tracking facility. Missing parcels using this option are at
the CUSTOMERS RISK. FBO will attempt to make a claim on behalf
of the customer but will not be held responsible for Australia
Post descisions.
PAYPAL customers need to be aware you are required to pay registered post as part of their conditions.
Damage - Damage during
transit is at the risk of the client. In the event of receiving
a damaged delivery customers should contact their local Post
office and make a claim against Australia Post. For more information
on Australia Post damage policy please use the following link

International
Shipping
While we accept international orders, it is important to check
for the regional coding when you are buying titles from outside
Australia. All major studio DVD titles we stock are coded for Region
4, meaning that the discs will only play on DVD equipment made specifically
for sale in Australia, New Zealand and South America.
These titles are clearly marked in
our title description pages and are not suitable for export unless
your DVD player has a multi-region ability.
Some titles are also marked and are coded for this region. These disks are branded Region 4
on the DVD jacket but have been dual coded for Region 2.

under this amount. We can not take responsibility for missing orders
if you do not use the postal service insurance option.
The charges listed above are set by and paid to the postal service
exclusively. If you opt NOT to use this facility, the goods will
be sent at your risk and no refunds will be given for missing or
damaged parcels
Customs:
Customs declarations will indicate the GST FREE value of the order
(AU$) and will not include the shipping or Insurance charges.
During the order process, you can designate the order as Personal
Merchandise or a Gift. Please DO NOT ask us to attempt any deception
by marking down the customs values. This is illegal and we will
not knowingly be a party to such action.
It is your responsibility to pay all applicable customs
fees and taxes that apply for your country. It is also your responsibility
to know and comply with your country's customs laws on the importation
of goods. Please keep your order totals under your countries importation
limits.We will not refund orders that contravene any applicable
local law and are confiscated by customs.
